Carlisle needs to quit making it a hassle to bring this and other businesses to fruition. Make it easy to start a business that benefits Carlisle rather than a nightmare. If the counsel won’t budge, we need new members.

Carlisle needs this Farmstand. Locally grown and locally run. Tje only other fresh produce place in town is so over price you can't afford it. Last year at one time I wen there to buy sweet corn and they wanted 8 dollars a dozen and thebowners arent even from Carlisle
