This neighbourhood needs a good bar with some good craftbeer from HK. The council members should be proud of having bar in their neighbourhood with local beers and some of them even won an award.

This new venture will enable a small business to open and operate a small premises in an area which, although not having any like premises, will nevertheless serve both residents and external customers. It is not the type of premises that would result in noise, crowd, public intoxication or other nuisances. Granting a license will not turn the area into Wanchai or Lab Kwai Fong. It would be the type if premises that I would visit for a quiet craft ale albeit I reside on the other side of the island.

I don't live in the area, but I know this would not disturb the neighbourhood. In fact this kind of taproom brings positive business into the area. People who appreciate the 'more unique things in life', and Sheung Wan is an area known for having small businesses that sell and make 'unique' things.
I for one would enjoy simply a few beers, maybe a snack and coffee and be on my way.

I would like to be able to have a quiet drink with a few friends in Sheung Wan and Craft Revolution is one of those places which showcases some of Hong Kongs best beers. I appreciate that their outlet is situated in a residential area but that is ideal for me as at my age I appreciate serenity and a quiet place to talk and sample a real ale.

This is a Hong Kong Enterprise that deserves local support. It doesn't mean that Craft Revolution are looking to turn Sheung Wan into the new LKF or SoHo, just a friendly little neighborhood café serving great coffee, food and locally made beers.
