I do not have anything against Mr. Dale.
But, the way he was hired goes against over 100 years of tradition. I think he is capable and able. But, a horrible precedent has been set moving forward. Frankly I am signing this because the hiring of the new manager is a direct reflection of how the board of directors is “elected”, which is abominable.

I feel that the lack of communication from the GM is upsetting. There have been many events where he is not there or involved. Past GMs were always involved with events. They did. It just show up and leave. At the same time I have brought up many suggestions to managers that are cost savings. The mangers informed me that the current GM would be in contact with me. Still waiting.
