This is a New Mexico intrastate commerce that is being disrupted by a federal agency. And NM excise taxes (12%) can't be collected on seized products, which impacts all NM citizens! We need a solution soon.

Legal product should not be taken at any time! That is theft any way you look at it

On behalf of the NM Cannabis Chamber or Commerce, please take immediate action to stop Customs and Border Protection from targeting the legal cannabis industry, wasting the agency’s enforcement resources, hurting NM small businesses, and continuing to stigmatize cannabis. We also ask that you seek to make whole the legal cannabis businesses that have been affected.
