The govt needs to just legalize it, than this won’t be a problem.

I am a former Corrections Sergeant (Ret). I was arrested near Deming NM during legal transportation of cannabis for a legal dispensary in Albuquerque.

Seems strange that New Mexico is the only state where federal agents are confiscating legal cannabis. Is this happening in other border states AZ or CA?
