This is not a genuine proposal and I am of the opinion that it would be an absolute disaster for the beautiful and peaceful village of Butterwick.

The area should not be blighted with a storage yard, this has been a fantastic landmark for years and is not an appropriate location

I would have concerns about the increased traffic on Mill Lane and danger to pedestrians using the road to access the village centre. Even IF the site is used purely for storage the potential number of units being stored would have a detrimental impact on the area.

This site cannot be used for the purpose stated in the application purely due to accessibility issues. Add to this the inevitable destruction of the beautiful trees and hedges on the site and degradation of the surrounding rural area and surely the application must be declined.

A very similar application was made before, and this “new” application does nothing to address the concerns raised against the previous one!

The village cannot cope with the extra transport this will bring to a quiet country road. Its a road with no footpaths therefore endangering peoples lives who walk this route
