Petition to remove the portable basketball goal restriction

It’s outrageous that portable or in ground basketball hoops cannot be left in place. There are so many kids in the community. Families with kids looking to move to the area look for basketball hoops, back yard playgrounds, trampolines, etc to see how many kids are in the area. They want their children to grow up playing outside and making a ton of friends. It does not bring down the value of homes.

As a homeowner, this is a benefit to our neighbors and children. Our family endorses this change to the HOA.

Please remove this restriction!!

Would love to keep our basketball goal in our driveway. It's to cumbersome to move back and forth all the time and the one in front of the subdivision is to far away and it's broken.
