I have finalized a formal proposal document detailing Colin Delaney's current independent work for submission to the NXT talent relations department. Once we submit this file, the focus will shift to securing direct contact with the scouting staff to ensure the documentation is reviewed.

Colin would be a valuable asset to NXT. His knowledge is vast and passion is unmatched by few. Let's see if we can make this happen.
Colin has become much more seasoned & his wrestling attributes has steadily increased since 2007.. He's on a mission to climb the ladder again & I feel that NXT is where he rightfully belongs. He can make things happen.... NXT & Delany = SUCCESS !!!!
I have worked with Colin for a couple of years and he has the upmost respect for this business. Colin would be a good fit in nxt.
Hard working guy...was on the ECW When WWE bought it. A Jobber but he's put in his time. BRING HIM IN!!!!!!!

NXT is going to be in his home town on his birthday, so that would be a perfect day to bring him in.
