It seems that Sportsnet has forgotten the importance of a good sounding announcer. The current announcers are knowledgeable but boring to listen to. The announcers can make the game. Joe Bowen is awesome. Bring him back!

tried to watch the game the other night and talk about BORING...bring back the man that can make it exciting...I don't need to watch them, would rather listen to Bowen on the radio

Sportsnet regional Leaf games have the worst commentary. I mute it because it is so horrible to listen to. In fact I mute it and pause and start until I can sync up the radio feed so that I can have Joe Bowen call the game. The Leafs are finally on the upswing and we the fans are subjected to the dour and uninspiring commentary of Paul Romanuk and Greg Millen. Bring back Bowen!

Joe always had useful insight on every team in the NHL. His enthusiasm for big plays on both sides of the ice are second to none! Bring him back!
