This has been long overdue. Sorry but romanuck makes to many mistakes too often as the leafs play by play guy. Bowen might be a Homer, but atleast he lows who's who on the ice.

Listen to Joe call a Leafs game and tell me he's not THE guy. He could make reading a technical manual exciting. He paints a picture and pulls you into the game. It's a roller coaster of fun. #BringBackBowen

Joe Bowen one of the best play-by-play announcers, right up there with Bob Cole and way way better than what we're being force-fed today. Its a shame he's not on TV anymore. Bring back Joe!
