To me the voice of the Leafs is Joe Bowen. I am tired of tuning into local broadcasts of the games to hear biased commentary for the other team on my local broadcast.

I'm not a fan of the leafs but when i watch them play, bar none the best commentator for this team I can't even watch leafs games on TV anymore

No one else compares to Bowen as the voice of the Leafs. Please bring him back to tv.
And please explain to me why he is only heard on the radio during games, but when the networks are showing highlights from the previous game it's Joe's voice we hear doing the play by play...what the heck!?

Even as a sens fan.
I hardly watch the leafs as a rival.
But, if i did tune in to the leaf games. I loved the unbias commentary.
Great announcer. Needs to be the voice of the LEAFS. bring him back!

I have no idea why Joe is only on Radio because he is absolutely the voice of Leaf God for Leafs fans. I'll never forget turning on the TV in 1993 and the following year and turning off the sound and putting a radio next to the TV. Bob Cole & Harry Neal were going out of their way to ignore the bad calls, the filth and making glowing comments about the Wings, Blues, Kings that first year... we heard about that but didn't hear them that year because we did the Radio by the TV bit and LOVED the playoffs for sure! Joe is "IT" I know in Air Canada Center when they broadcast on the TV's in the building it's always Joe's Voice they put on. That's for a very good reason! Love ya Joe!!
