My neighbors in Christiansburg have had hens for years and nobody even notices they are there. It is time for Blacksburg to catch up.

To clarify, it was brought to my attention that I describe the Town Council as Watch Dogs, where it is merely the Zoning Administration that are Watch Dogs.***
