I have 4 vehicles that I would ask for the black license plate. I do not like all the colors that clash with my car, I wish something neutral was offered.

Please create "throwback" plate for those pre 85' cars that want to make a statement. Make them valid for five years ( like TX). Make revenue ok, but respect that these are pleasure vehicles that add value to a community.
