If MVED is going to cite UT drivers for custom alternatives from websites; the UT State Tax Commission needs to realize their DMV revenue stream could be MUCH larger than plate citations by instead offering variations/choices in plates to the enduse UT tax payer while they're at the DMV. PS - teach your MVED officers how to pronounce facsimile...fqn dopes! SMH.......
