Hi we are Hope and Paige from Bay of Plenty. As a school science project at Mount Maunganui College we were asked to change something in our community by helping our environment as part of biology. We became more involved with our study and wanted to change something permanently by banning plastic bags in the Bay of Plenty Region. What would happen is that the local super markets would then have to give away FREE reusable bags instead of plastic ones. This will be awesome for our environment and we hope u feel the same way.
