Illegal dumping in wetlands harms the native animal species from fish to birds to the wildlife that feed on them...not to mention potentially damaging underground aquifers.

Very Well said, and Absolutely correct! The Largest individuals Protecting this Dumping like a Landfill, are ones that have Lived here their Whole Lives, and say How Much they Love the Free Beauty this place offers, but it seems their conscience was for sale also, and seems to be the Biggest dumpers of them ALL...

Are you all Tea publicans - to think you should be paid even though you are not doing your job? Perhaps a citizen LAWSUIT AGAINST you would change your attitude? FEDERAL AGENCIES need to be contacted as well as the New York Times and Mother Jones.
"Man up" and do the right thing ! You surely have children who will inheirit the mess that you and others of your ilk are making, because, of course it is tempting to cheat. You aren't alone. Who knows what is happening in the place where your grandchildren will move to in the future?

Thank you Rosemary, I'm very Grateful that residents are Realizing what's it's doing to All of our neighborhoods. The deposition of Fred Edwards admits that a guy Reed Mauer a short distance down the road accepted this debris as well. I find it Odd that as I pass by his property, I notice the dead trees on His Property as well, and it's admitted to be down by Kingston. I consistently Wonder Who did this dumping, there were Many Nice, Large 18Wheeler Tractor Trailers, that was A lot of money for gas 3 yeas ago.. Then consider Tolls from NYC/Long Island to Here, the drivers Etc. it seems that it's debris that Not even a Dump would've taken, or else they would've dumped it down there.. Thank you for your support, For Is All...

In addition to my post concerning Renee and her family, my other question is where else are these toxic materials going? Into our land? Water? Who else will be suffering. This effects us all.

I am so sorry for what Renee and her family is going through. I do not know the players involved. I just know that 'Right is Might'. Please join in these efforts to bring justice. The beautiful land of Palenville needs to be protected as well as the health and welfare of Renee and her family. Let the truth come to light and justice prevail.
