Ensure that housing at Bancroft is designed and priced to suit empty-nest Haddonfield seniors.

Bait and switch won’t work.

Coulda, woulda, shoulda......let’s just do the right thing.

Commissioners: please take into consideration the objections that Haddonfield residents are raising with regard to Bancroft. Say NO to the Bancroft Redevelopment Plan as it stands.

Keep Haddonfield seniors in town. Make a place for them at Bancroft. Many have paid property taxes for a long time. They contribute to the town's values and social memory. They contribute to our quality of life.

No to any pre-selected developer and no to the recent changes to the 2016 Redevelopment Plan

Why would Haddonfield acquiesce to a pre-selected developer and why would they acquiesce to his needs and not the Borough of Haddonfields?

The Commissioners of Haddonfield only see it one way , it is all about the almighty dollar and how much more they can raise taxes in Haddonfield . Affordable housing is needed badly for seniors. Not town homes for more couples with kids to overcrowd the schools.

Haddonfield needs affordable 55+ housing and cannot afford an influx of additional students to our schools without changes to our schools' infrastructures which equates to higher taxes. Commissioners should answer to the electorate and rescind this agreement.

The Commissioner's should honor the intent of the original Plan. Affordable housing for seniors is one of our greatest needs. They benefit the town without adding to school expansion.

First wine sales, then a beer saloon on Kings Hwy, bomb crater pot holes, now this.

Our Commissioner's have demonstrated a clear lack of concern for the needs of the broader Haddonfield community. The developer will reap huge financial benefits while the residents will suffer with higher taxes and over crowded schools. We don't know why this is happening but we must change direction.

Haddonfield needs 55+ housing--Commissioners, please reconsider!
