A safe bike route is desparately overdue. The amount of people riding the Wangaratta to Bright trail and linking roads shows what can be achieved.

Eagle Point resident. It would be wonderful to ride into Bairnsdale. I won’t ride on that road as it’s too narrow & way too dangerous. I commute to work 3 days a week & would love to ride instead of drive.

I have ridden into Bairnsdale several times and I don’t feel comfortable or safe on the main road and would like to ride on a dedicated bike track.

Totally support an off-road cycling track between Bairnsdale and Paynesville. Build it and the tourists will come.

This segment to Paynesville would enhance the network of the Rail Trail and would protect the health, safety and enjoyment of riders, walkers and those hoping to keep fit.

Long overdue specified and safe bike track for this stretch of road. An accident waiting to happen ..many cyclists use this route and often in numbers...

This would be an amazing benefit to both towns and the health of residents and visitors. The road from Bairnsdale to the round about is particularly unpleasant end discouraging for cyclists.

A safe trail from Paynesville to Bairnsdale would benefit both cyclists and vehicles. I would definitely cycle into Bairnsdale if there was a safe alternative to the current dangerous road which I feel is unsafe when used by both cyclists and motorists.
