This law needs to be passed, so many innocent babies and dogs dying in the cruelest of ways by irresponsible parents and pet owners!

These precious babies are on the news at a weekly rate now days and it must stop. How in world people can remember their cell phones but not a life of a child in the back seat. How can you "forget" a child that had to be carried out of home and strapped into a carseat only to leave them there for unknown amounts of time is sad :(

This has to end!!! and people need to be punished for leaving their kids and animals in vechiles unattended in the heat. It's going to keep happening and more and more kids and animals will die at the hands of their owners and parents if nothing is done.
