We are adults Pally! Bring back our bar cars, and bring back our bar carts. By your logic, we'd have no bars that people must drive to.

Once again Metro North cannot handle a simple operation and the commuters pay

After a long day at work, a drink on the way home is a most welcome treat!

Please reopen the barcar. I have met many friends and business associates on the barcar when I moved from NYC to CT.

The Bar Carts and their vendors (at least the honest ones) were a welcome feature at GCT. They enabled harried commuters to enjoy the ride home. Please bring them back, ASAP.

All because some supervisory role went undone? Typical MTA response.

A quiet drink in motion is a nice way to end the day sometimes and the commissary provides great service.

If organizations were closed every time money goes missing - there wouldn't be many still open for business. This looks like overreach directed at a different agenda - like some people don't like other people drinking.

I love the highly opinionated people who are bashing the bar tenders for stealing (They didn't steal anything) or saying they aren't in favor of the bar carts. Yet they still stop by the stand to buy a drink every day of the week. Stop reading the papers because its dumbing your brain down about a situation you have no truth about. If the papers said for you to kill yourself you probably would.

The mentality to stop service due to employee theft is insane. If such were a reasonable expectation of corporate america, we would have no free enterprise anywhere. I support your investigation. I support prosecution. But to suspend your service pending persecution of thieves is inappropriate. Why punish your client base and yourselves(metro north) with the lack of a commodity and the absence of potential profit, because the lack of oversight allowed employee theft?

No Bar Carts is a crime in itself to both the bartenders and the commuters.
