City Council should not approve this until all the voiced concerns regarding environmental impacts & historic preservation are satisfactorily addressed by the developer.

This sort of development is unnecessary! We're full and taking away what brings people here isn't helping!

The historical importance of Ashley Hall Plantation and it's value to SC heritage and tourism itself far exceeds the value of a housing estate. What a terrible idea to buy a site of such significance, and then plan to destroy it immediately with a cookie cutter plan for congestion, noise, degraded land value, and who knows what other annoyances. Keep SC last plantation safe from developers ... (A SC native.)

Leave our Plantations as they should be!! No building on the property. If company doesn't like it let the city buy it and preserve it.

We have to put a stop to building "cluster homes" and putting as many homes into a space as possible. We must protect what what is important to so many of us.

No. No. No.
Something of history needs to be sacred. Is nothing sacred no more?

The city and T-berg talked about the use of eminent domain and found the funds to buy the old North Bridge Pig property like it's nothing... all to prevent a gas station being built? Seriously.
Now we are talking about destroying what is left of Ashley Hall and all the city has to say is we'd like to see fewer homes and please build around the artifacts. This is beyond insane.

Among other detrimental disasters this proposal would bring, imagine even more cars on 61! Greed, greed, greed.

Every part of west ashley doesn't need to be developed. we are overloaded with people and traffic as it is. If we stop development, people will stop coming here to live. If we continue development, people will continue to come, it's not that complicated. The true motivation here is money, not quality of life. We need to reexamine our priorities as a people.

This should not even be a debate. I can't believe our city is even considering allowing more homes to be built let alone on a piece of history. Please save our city's history and stop this nonsense
