The proposed development is poorly thought out.

We need to do a traffic study. Traffic is already a problem with people. I can't imagine how long you will have to wait to enter onto highway 61. How can we make sure none of our elected representatives that have real estate licenses can sell property in this development?

The density of the proposed development is overkill. Just because you CAN build on land doesn't mean you SHOULD. A park, the pond, and a few waterfront homes might be acceptable, but the cluster of cramped homes is a waste of such a beautiful and historic piece of property. Please reconsider plans for it's new use and preserve as much of the natural habitat as possible.

Too dense for this neighborhood- no parking for the proposed park.

Too dense. Project would be more acceptable with only one entry utilizing the existing gate at the end of Captiva Row. The present design is one where the developer has tried to cram in as many houses as he can and is not in keeping with the surrounding area. Also the proposed park would lead to increased traffic congestion with cars being parked up and down Captiva Row - not good.

The idea of developing the property is fine but the high number of homes on postage stamp size lots isn't necessary for many reasons . The developer can still be successful without high density of homes.

This area does not need more of this type of development. This is already a busy road in a low area with drainage issues. Please reconsider this developement and consider fewer high-end homes with larger lots to preserve the existing landscape and increase property values in the surroundings neighborhoods.

We live on Captiva Row and this development would negatively affect our quality of life not to mention take away from the history of the Plantation. This development would destroy the beauty of our neighborhood and everything we love about it. Not to mention all the traffic that would impact the children who play on this street! Please stop this development!

This development is not consisted with the neighborhood, Traffic would be a nightmare. To date no one has addressed the possible flooding problems. We have flooding on Captiva during heavy rains and we could mirror the problems faced by Church creek because of over development.

I would like to see some green area added to the plan, especially along the water.

Not in favor of plan as proposed. Too many homesites for this area. Also not in keeping with surrounding areas. Developer appears unwilling to accommodate neighbors concerns. That is not encouraging to a long term resident of area. Will add at least another 100+ vehicles to an area that is already un-policed for traffic violators. One current homesite to become 60 more homes!!!!

We live in Ashley Hall Plantation and do not want more traffic through our neighborhood. What is the overall benefit for the Ashley Hall Plantation community?
