Teams Migration
Dear Aroa Management,
Aroa project teams have observed that nearly all meetings being held in a hybrid format lost approximately 5 minutes per meeting changing back and forth between Zoom and Teams depending on which meeting room is being used for the participants on-site.
As this has an impact on our time away from meaningful tasks and discussions, Team Aroa respectfully requests that all current Zoom Rooms be migrated to Teams Rooms.
One teleconference application to rule them all!

I have spent this week logging every single technical glitch we encounter during these constant platform switches. It is clear that we are losing far more productivity than management realizes. I am currently compiling these notes into a formal report to present to the leadership team.

The momentum behind this migration request is truly undeniable. It is clear that my colleagues are just as frustrated by these daily technical roadblocks as I am.

Zoom is good for big external meetings, but Teams for day to day would be great; it's far easier to set up something impromptu!
Definitely need to standardise this. preference would be all teams meetings also - but need to assess this with TELA bio also
Maybe have one room downstairs for zoom? Not sure if there are still zoom meetings with external parties that need to happen?

Yes please! Would be ideal to have both Zoom and Teams setup, but for day to day Teams all the way!

My preference: external meetings = Zoom internal meeting = Teams would this be possible?
