Appeal Against Ruda Plan on Green Field Site in AONB

This needs to be stopped. RUDE has enought ground already

Strongly opposed to this damaging development proposal.

The infrastructure of Croyde bay cannot manage this extra amount of traffic. Let alone the environmental impact itll have. Visitors return year after year for the beauty of Croyde. Removing it will do the village and its inhabitants irreversible damage

This is tragic, it cannot happen

There is no need for more dwellings in an already over busy area apart from greed. Not only croyde but Braunton is suffocating with the influx of people travelling through with no infrastructure. GREEN land should stay GREEN land .

Please leave this site untouched. As a regular visitor to north devon I love this area and would be saddened greatly to lose the views, the greenery, to an additional caravan camping site when Croyde and surrounding villages and its infrastructure already struggles with the influx of people on a regular holiday basis.

This is an area of OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY and will be visible from most of Croyde, the development is large enough as it is at the moment, Croyde is a small village NOT a holiday park

The infrastructure around the area is not suitable for existing levels of occupation without adding greater strain.

I am a regular visitor to Croyde and have been for 18 years. The AONB needs to be protected as it is one of the most important parts of Croyde and is a real asset. The Parkdean site is already plenty big enough and runs the risk of swallowing the village, making certain it’s no longer a place for locals if this goes ahead, which would be a total shame.

Protect the AONB and wildlife from unnecessary development

Leave that little green space please. There are caravans everywhere!

An extension to Ruda will ruin Croyde by covering green space; increasing traffic and human pollution; strain an overloaded sewage system and destroy an already delicate ecological balance.

Fields and green spaces around Croyde need to be protected and not allowed to be built on. Excessive urbanisation if the village will spoil the whole area

Please no more disgusting caravans on our beautiful countryside. Ruda are greedy and there's no need.

In the 20 ish years I've been lucky enough to visit beautiful Croyde, I've seen many changes. I has seemed to me for a while now that a saturation point has been reached re: new building/structures etc and CERTAINLY has been reached re: volume of traffic. It can actually feel quite dangerous at times when you're on foot. Also, obviously, to lose beautiful green space would be intolerable. Please let common sense prevail and stop this.

No need for more already busy village

Please do not allow this application through as Green space is needed. Also the sewage system and other infrastructure can not handle things currently.

Croyde is already at its limit£

Croyde and its beach is a beautiful place, to build on the field would spoil.the area and the outlook on the beach.

The roads are not man enough for any more holiday homes
