Never had a flooding problem on Hwy 1077
until 2016. With all the new development drainage improvement has to be made.

Too many taxes that don't cover basic services. Use the taxes to make our parish function. The quality of life isn't better if we are knee deep in flooding or sewage.

This whole parish is a joke. I can't believe I moved back here thinking things would be different. Time to sell the house and move.

Parish needs to consider flood hazard areas in a different manner then dry land.. People are being hurt

New subdivisions are causing the flooding. We are becoming a Metairie and not the country.

If we are to change the focus of the Parish we must start by informing our neighbors about where the TAX money being collected is actually going. This will prompt them to VOTE in new leadership who see our future differently. Stop the madness-vote NO to new or renewed Taxes!
