Petition to ABILITY English regarding online classes

I agree with this. We need to see and talk face to face.

I want to do PET, no general English

I decided to pay for the Ability school, one of the most expensive, for its facilities, its teaching staff and its extra activities. Also, I chose tomorrow's shift also more expensive, because it is supposed to be better. And now I am going to teach online, something I could be doing from Spain. I understand that this situation is not anyone's fault, but abiliby is saving money by not doing extra activities that require personnel, and they will probably receive government aid. I have come to Australia to learn English in an English environment, spending all my savings, and it does not seem fair to us that they charge us the same for less services.

I understand that we must take care of ourselves and stay at home but I do not agree with the online classes. It is a disaster. I paid for face-to-face classes and to be with small groups and more personalized. ability should postpone classes until everything improves.

Hi I tried to access online classes but I couldn’t. I couldn’t see teams and I couldn’t download Microsoft Teams from http://office.com. I have no laptop. I used iPhone and iPad to access online classes. What should I do and how to fix this problems. I’m look forward to hearing from you. Thank you

It doesn't make sense continuing teaching online when we have paid that colossal amount of money for being able to study in Ability and enjoying the teaching quality which is obviously going down quickly. Can you please explain us how to have a confortable place to study and have interaction with the classmates/teachers when all our flatmates have to work remotely?! Just continue taking such a bad decision and you will surely lose the interest of your business...

I would like the school to support intentional student regarding tuition fee, this situation did not just affect studying but also affected their work so that we need you to take a right action on it. In addition, I prefer face-to-face class because I chose this school, this place in order to have experience studying in a native speaker country which is helpful.

It's non-sense and a lack of respect this new way to teach. Please reconsider the methodology or refund the money

I think that, Closing the school is better, but maybe school or government won't keep our visa. Earlier get a vacation for all students, maybe it's good idea. if we have to study online, i hope we have a class that is not too many students, maybe it's under 12~15people. if we have to study online class, we should try to stay the same class and same teacher. we should get face to face hight quality classes for students, if we can't get hight quality classes, we should get a discount for school fee. if some people don't want to keep going on or haven't any laptop for studying online classes, they should get back the school fee.

I really feel that we do not learn virtually, since it is better face-to-face, and with few students, that was not the solution, it had been easier to send a vacation, and then it returns normal. In our country we can also have virtual and cheaper clares.

School should stop all class and ask that the government can extend the visa period as long as the school is closed. Actually we couldn’t have classes from tuesday to thursday in this week, it also need to refund to students.

I prefer to study in school if everything is better.
