CB3: Stop Runaway Nightlife at 9 Orchard Hotel

I am afraid the hotels planned nightlife will make our neighbourhood unlivable. Due to noise, people density, lines outside. Long opening hours ect.

This kind of insane development is why i moved from this horrible neighborhood months ago, its already a drunken carnival there stop!!

earlier hours are necessary as the street noise on orchard & essex is very bad at night now

I am a resident in the area surrounding 9 Orchard Hotel. I am writing to let you know that I support the terms that OSBA proposes for operating hours. I do not support 2 or 4 AM closing. I would support this business operating as a hotel , but not as a nightclub.

Restricting the hours this establishment can serve liquor will help keep the surrounding neighborhood liveable. If they are not restricted, we will suffer.

I work in a building across the street

Stop the madness, end sloppy durnk tourists and Bridge and Tunnel’r from destroying our neighborhood

For once, please listen to the residents.

There are too many bars, restaurants, strip or burlesques clubs, luxury apts and hotels in LES vicinities as oppose to hospitals, clinics, schools, (free meals, transportation) day care centers and health clubs for working families, and recreation centers.
