We, the undersigned, believe motion 98:05 Conformation Committee: Judges Guidelines, Non-Regular Breeder Judge Requirements was approved by the ASCA Board of Directors without adequate input and comment from the general membership. Since this new rule impacts a broad range of ASCA members, they should be given the opportunity to comment on the benefits and concerns of said approved motion. Therefore, we ask the ASCA Board of Directors to pass a motion to reconsider this new rule and provide the membership an opporunity to comment and time for the committee to review those comments and provide any recommended changes before returning to the ASCA Board for final approval.
