mr. lopez, you know you stolen my dad land , you asked him when his was alive many years ago and he told you "NO" and from my mother fellla d. Peneyra..you hassite my family and brother's for many years..i was just a little girl when i heard my mon and dad talk about you wanted the land. So my dad homestead in 1987, and got approved by 1/90 by the courts douments, you knew when my dad die you try to do the false paperwork but you heard that my mom hired a real state attorney "craig mark" so you back off. So you told mine brother that you were going to take from the peneyra sister and told lies about people just to get your false document, said my dad came from the grave just to get your false paperwork..how low can you get..i cried for my dad, i wish he was alive but his not, and in 2002 you start build house on our private property with no notification to the peneyra family.. i will stay and do anything until the day i die to get the land back..i worked at a real state company in a bank and i search for older document to make sure whom it belong to, and my supervisor said "if there a document is created in 1992, then it belong to the owner of the land or business property, and she said if there no document then it wasn't created...lawyer had me search every where in the record room, and diazo" which mean they took a picture of the document or not, on the older machine and search the diazo all the way back..i was a good search to find document from years ago..one time i found some document and the bank was happy and glad and won the case so they gave me a day off for that. So i no there one document that said my mom own it and no one should be on that land and to built a house on it. That didn't belong to you and you know from your heart, if you got one.. The title company and the bank should did a complete search on whom own it, and contact my mom about it, and she and dad said they did everything they could so lopez won't get his hand's on it. and not to worry. So Mr. Lopez your are a major with a income of 20 thousands dollars a year, so you can hire anyone to make false documents, but us little citizen people that doesn't have your job, barely living on these days, barely hang on there start pay job barely still make it as a homeowner, they had to foreclose but my mom land was full pay, but hire to rotate-tilled her land every year and add to house taxes..but mr. lopez is getting the money buy selling the land first, and then house buit and getting the mortage payment too, i know the county doesn't know it, or the federal dept..how can you change a parcel number since 1949 pn#378-171-03, but i guess you can,cause fresno say no number! i can't believe you change the private property parcel number and other numbers and trying to change deeds too without the original owners. peneyra twins two voices counts with a state attorney to see this, cause we paid 850.00 to save us from bad people or bad mayors with the council member that are allowing to do this, that's a crime in its only. behind there back!!
