I support the Paris Proclamation on 90-90-90 Targets as well as call for all stakeholders and affected community members living with HIV across the globe to support and sign the Canadian Declaration by Persons Living with HIV (http://cppnrcps.weebly.com/canadian-declaration-by-persons-living-with-hiv.html) to call for a human rights approach to expanded testing, treatment and use of ARV as prevention to achieve the 90-90-90 targets
