Steve Smith has been an exemplary director and president for years. I was honored to work along side him as a fellow director. He obtained more votes than any other candidate in the last election and deserves to continue as the President of the association. IMO, the new directors resent the fact that he is their main obstacle to their grandiose schemes that are not in the best interests of the majority of the owners. While they may be acting within the limits of the law they are certainly not acting within the spirit of the law. Please tell every owner you know to sign this partition and to attend the upcoming meeting to let your voices be heard. The mean spiritedness and vindictive manner in which this vote is being conducted is not how we should want our association to be governed.

t is unfortunate that the last election ended up with a 3 new members (actually 2 elected and one nominated) who think they are the only voice in the building and were able to manipulate some owners to push a project that is more of an ego trip than anything else. Steve Smith has been a long time member and his level headed, responsible and dedicated performance should be the best reason to oppose such a "move".

The fact that this is being done: a) on 2 days notice (the absolute minimum required by statute); b) during holiday season when calendars are already jammed; and c) when Steve is out of town, does not pass the smell test. Doesn't come close.

Steve Smith should continue on the board. I have worked with him for years as part of the 900 Biscayne Residential Committee and he has always the best interest on every single decision for our building. He is a valuable member and should not be removed.

It is sad day for 900 Biscayne Boulevard HOA as there seems to be a total Apathy towards basic principles of Governance. we need to make sure that current Board & Steve continuous till next election and thereafter let the voice of residents decide on the future of the HOA Governance

#6 in prior voting clearly should have “moved up” to #5 when Board member moved and was unable to serve on the Board. This would have more fairly reflected the voting populace of 900 Biscayne

The level of inmaturity and power grab by these 3 is deplorable. As far as I'm concerned and in my opinion, this wannabe dictator and his 2 spineless minions are the ones that should be removed from their positions.
