I was looking at my old shelf today and honestly the G1 designs just have a soul the modern movies completely lost in all that metal plating and grey CGI. It is driving me crazy thinking about how perfect a simple story about energon cubes would be if they just stuck to the original vehicle modes. People keep messaging me their own favorite minor characters from the original cartoon and I swear I am reading every single one because it just proves we all want that same retro feeling back.

I really thought this might just be a niche thought I had but seeing so many people excited about the G1 aesthetic makes me think maybe the studios will actually pay attention. It is surreal to see this kind of energy for Soundwave as a cassette player again and honestly I am just really happy we are all geeking out over these original designs together.

Make Megatron if not a gun a tank or plane and let him reference his old gun mode
Reboot the franchise give it the original script original characters. No IDW crap design. Bring back g1 designs give us a real transformers movie that started it all.
As close to the source as possible. Look at what is happening with Avengers! When the first X-men movie came out they said they couldn't do it with them in costumes, put them in black leather. They kept making changes until they were unrecognizable! The same has happened with Transformers. They said the boxy look of the original just wouldn't work but there's art work out there that proves it can look realistic and remain faithful to the G1 style. Bring in both new and old fans. Isn't it time to try a change?
As a 80's baby I yearn for a reboot of the original series.. with all transformers included.. maybe a different story.. almost like prime wars. Just more cleaner on animation is all...ball the 13 Prime's etc... We need this....
No more Bayformers! Get it in gear Has/Tak! The time has come. Use you're MP design's Combiner Wars, Titans Return and most importantly get back to G1. Bayformers almost ended it for you, stop it before its too late.
I would be thrilled to see this come to be, perhaps this is already going to Bumblebee.
I want a big change from the Transformers movies of the past 10yrs, but specifically I have storyboards for a perfect beginning to end story of Transformers, I just don't have 'millions of dollars' or marketing/production abilities. If you want to get it right, you talk to me.
