This petition is to stop the proposed 12 acre commercial strip on highway 5 just outside the north entrance of the town of Magrath Alberta. Development of this property into commercial will create urban sprawl, and shift the business district of Magrath to outside its town limits. In short, it will kill its current down town district and shift it to a place the town has no control over.
