I really thought this might just be me yelling into the void about my aching arches but seeing this response is honestly wild. It feels like we are actually hitting a nerve here and honestly it is so validating to know that I am definitely not the only one mourning the loss of the perfect sneaker.

I loved the original! The new designs are not comfortable. It's really a shame NB had to mess up a good thing.
I have some of the original. Man I'm going to hate when they're gone. Please bring back this design. Hope you didn't burn that bridge!

I absolutely agree that the original 608 was a better shoe for me. It was comfortable and provided very good support. the new version is too spongey and does not support back and hips.
