Buses are not well maintained, even though we r paying such huge amount to BMTC and buses broke down several times and there was no other commutation arranged for the passengers and the bus fares should be reduced and revised again.

All the 600NL bus condition are very bad. Pulling is not there. ACs are not working in some nl buses. Provide proper buses.
Also, toll fee 25 rupees per person is too much. Reduce the toll fee.

Bus condition is too bad.Many times the door are kept open while travelling due to Ac issue.Commute time is increased due to worse bus condition.Request to change the buses immediately.

BMTC also making 3-4 times profit out of NICE road toll fee thought it has Rs 300 per trip and collects Rs 25 per commuter. Completely illogical...

600 NL Bus are in bad condition and it's high time for change. We are paying premium ticket charges and traveling in worst condition buses. Buses have pulling problem, AC issues and others, we are not able to reach office on scheduled time and going office late. Request to change busses immediately.

The 600 NL bus conditions are very bad.They can drive only at 40km/ hr or lesser than that. Bus started shaking with bad noise if the speed goes beyond 40 km. Our commute time has been increased to 90 minutes from 50 mins.Please arrange for the proper buses
