I am signing this because I feel that wearing a mask should be a personal decision and not mandatorily enforced by building management. I am not saying I will never wear a mask but more that it should be my choice when to wear one and when to not.

The State no longer has the mandates, and businesses nor individuals can be penalized for not following the mandates. We ask that you please consider lifting the mandate in 600 Cleveland.

Masks do not work there is plenty proof of it. We are in Sales and typically we have to step out of the office while we are on the phone and it’s impractical for us to talk on the phone with a muzzle on our faces. We are not sick, if we were we would stay home, plus we work with Doctors and we are very much in tune with solutions to boost our immune systems without the need of a mask that has zero proof of workability, and factual data of making people more Susceptible to be infected when they are wearing masks. Too many times in the recent history of the USA has the government seized power under the guise of an "emergency", each time with lack of, or questionable at best, reasons.
I respect the beliefs of others and generally dislike to cause others to be uncomfortable but I also disagree with having essential liberties being taken from us bit by bit. These liberties and freedoms are not granted by government and so they do not have the power to restrict them.
This is a governmental restriction, from a medical branch of the government originating at the federal level. The way the power flows in this country, according to our founding documents, is from We The People at the top, to our local government, to our state government, all the way down to the federal government. These restrictions should hold as much weight as a new-hire coming to the CEO and telling him that he has to change his entire lifestyle because he read. No, thanks.
Government has NO authority making it building management's responsibility to enforce these issues. Their enforcement arm is the local Sherriff and I just don't see the local police coming into our building to do sweeps of people not wearing masks.

The enforcement of a county, in-voted for mandate should not be placed upon building ownership. Many counties in Florida are considering not renewing the mandate. These “emergency” measures were meant to be temporary. Especially now that, 1 year later, there is no conclusive evidence re: mask efficacy. Safety is not guaranteed in this world. For those so concerned about exposure via air should wear N-95 masks and protective goggles.

Those that are at risk or fearful should not be out in public and should protect themselves and their families. But a requirement or mandate to wear a face covering in our workplace is bordering on a human rights violation and is not a sign of a free society.

Very well put Brad. I support this 100%. Statutes and ordinance are not law. My rights will no longer be infringed upon by being force to do anything against my will. My rights do not begin or end with others fears.
