Please change the rules back to 6 ft fence. 4 ft is pointless and provides no privacy

I have a neighbor with a 6 ft fence and another with a 4 ft fence. How on earth do I build a fence between them that would keep the neighborhood consistent. 6 ft fences for all!

this is great and all, but if they listen to us then a lot of us will be stuck with either keeling the fence we already bought, or paying for ANOTHER fence. We should make ppm pay back those who they have already restricted!

4 ft does not protect my fence or my family.
Should have never changed the rule front of the neighborhood doesn't flow with the new owners.
