HI, i am living with my parents from last 6 months with my 1 year old baby. few days back my inlaws call my parents for settlement, there my husband start abusing and beating my father. my father get injured in it and we did a FIR. now my husband has filed a case under sec 9 conjugal rights of husband. rite now i dont have any information about the points that he has given in application. so i want to know that 1) what points he can raise? 2) The transfer of case is possible from one district family court to other on the basis of that FIR and my child? 3) Now can i file a case against him under section 498?
