To: Orange County Commissioners, Local Planning Agency: We the undersigned residents of Orange County fervently object to the land use change proposal For Parcel I.D 22-23-28-6560-02-010, Case #2007-2-S-1-4 located at 5509 S. Apopka Vineland Road. We believe the current designation of Low Density Residential best serves the needs of the current residents as well as conforming to the previously adopted 2000-2020 Future Land Use Map by Orange County. We believe that the current developments of office approved plots at Conroy Windermere and Apopka Vineland as well at new development at Turkey Lake and Conroy Windermere more than fill current needs. We believe that many current properties in proximity to the subject property would be compromised by physical and economic hardships. We believe that issues include lighting, traffic, parking, run-off,sanitation, potential hazardous waste as well as the economic impact to home valuation in the area. These are but a few of our issues. We have spent years improving our homes and neighborhoods as a commitment to the current land use scheme. We urge the commissioners to respect that commitment and deny this applicant.
