Writ is filed to compel the 19th Judicial District Court of Louisia to follow Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Article 153, preventing Judges from proceeding on cause of action after a moton for recusal has ben filed. Trial Judge should b Ordered to Vacate Orders signed prior to disposition of of timely filed reccusal motion. Finally, threats of Sanctions should not be made to pro se litigants or filing opposition to violations of Court Rules or appealing Court decisions. Due to stated instances the Court below as erred, cause showned be showned why a Stay of proceedings should not be Ordered allowing Appeal to Supervisory Court "Out-of-Time.
