As a resident of Johns Island, I am asking you to please finish 526. The incident with the closed bridge this week reminded us all of the importance of a new access to/from the island. Even with an open Limehouse bridge (only 2 lanes), traffic is getting worse by the day with all the development out here. This week gave us all a glimpse of the future of John's Island traffic. Let's stay ahead of the game and not throw away this opportunity for federal funds. Thank you for your service. Your work to get this project done is greatly appreciated!

The flooding this week on Johns Island,Proved to everyone how bad we need 526 completed. Johns Island is getting bigger not smaller!!!!

Is it going to take the death of islanders trying to evacuate a hurricane before this road is finished? FOUR islands full of residents have 2 two lane roads to the main land.

Please finish I-526, widen Main Road to Maybank with a new intersection at Main Rd at HWY 17 and widen Maybank from Main to the bridge connecting James Island and John's Island. Please!!!

CALL EVERY CHARLESTON COUNTY COUNCIL MEMBER AND TELL THEM TO SIGN THE CONTRACT NOW NOT IN ANOTHER 20 YEARS.
