This petition is in effect due to my brother influenced my father to change the will. When he knew dam well my father was suffering from Dementia,and Altzhimers Dieases.. This is so unfair and should be illegal . I get nothing, my brother get Everything. Threating me, treating me like I am the worst person on earth.. No respect, No nothing, Thank You Big Brother.. You have three propertys one beautiful home, rental property, lake front property, boats, cars..I have nothing at all, but my job.. DOES THIS SOUND FAIR TO ANYONE> You think my brother would be satisfied, cause my older brother had passed away, so his share is no more. Now there is only the two of us. We Split it down the middle. That's what my father said he requested, and wanted the lawyer to follow thru, Not even the lawyer followed directions..How crooked is this..My father is turning in his grave.. Sorry Dad !! Love your daughter, I going to try to fight, instead of letting my big brother run me over.. I would never think of doing that to him, he is suppose to be my big brother, not throw me under the bus, and tell me I don't deserve nothing !! I am just as intitled to half as you are !! Whats fare is fair !!
