We all know that parking meters in residential areas of Lebanon are absurd. We can find another way to generate that money. Penalizing residents and city visitors is not the solution. These people are the ones who also frequent the businesses and drive the local economy. I suggest with this petition a $5/yr parking sticker that can be purchased from the city, placed in your windshield and will allow you freedom to park in any residential area.
