We, the undersigned citizens, petition the Board of Education of Anne Arundel County, to give top priority to Four Seasons Elementary School in Gambrills, MD, when allocating the funds appropriated for Walls and Partitions by the County Council in the FY 2009 County Budget. An open classroom school since 1974, FSES is long overdue in the County's transition to contained classrooms and these changes would help the children to better focus on the instructional activity in their own class.
