This risk is paradise threatened by the amount of plastic that are transported by ocean currents. The Galapagos Islands are a volcanic paradise that was formed more than 4 billion years ago, home to endemic species of animals and plants, recognized worldwide for its beauty biology and landscape.

It is threatened by waste (mainly floating material like plastic) that creep to its shores by ocean currents and other factors that make a paradise Galapagos at risk. I live on the Galapagos island, and organized a coastal cleanup campaign and awareness of reality in Galapagos.

So I ask international support to carry out this campaign micropatronage and spread this initiative is a grain of sand in favor of the environment. The costal cleaning will take place every third Saturday of September (World Day Beaches). Supports this initiative and helps to restore the environment in the Galapagos Islands.
