The abuse on pets and wild animals in Hong Kong is out of control! We need heavier fines and longer jail terms! If a person kills another person, it's murder! Is killing a a pet or wild animal not a life? It's still murder! They should have the same consequence as a murderer! Leniency needs to be put to an end! It makes me sick and disgusted how lenient the law is in Hong Kong for the life of an animal!
