We, the undersigned Lead & Professional Trainers in the Aquarian Teachers Academy, 3HO & Sikh Dharma Community Members, call upon the Siri Singh Sahib Corporation Board of Trustees to honor the current governance processes that have guided the 3HO / Sikh Dharma community. click here to see election policy from SSSC website

We request the following:

1. An election be held for 7 Trustees of the SSSC, including 4 unfilled vacancies and 3 whose terms expired at the Spring 2025 KC meetings, such that new board trustees are seated no later than the April 2026 Khalsa Council meetings. Electorate for this election to be only Automatic Electorate.

2. We expect the SSSC to honor its October 1, 2025 Ninth Amended Bylaws, Section 2.5 Election of Trustee that, “in no event shall the Board adopt an Election Policy that makes it a self perpetuating Board.”

3. We insist that the SSSC adopt a Policy that any proposal to change the criteria for serving on SSSC: election policy, bylaws related to changing the electoral process, electorate or number of members on the SSSC Board, or any other proposal related to having people serve as Trustees on the SSSC, include the voices, feedback and input of the constituents: including representatives from all the constituent boards, non-profit organizations, as well as the current ‘automatic’ electorate.

4. Lastly, we recommend that the SSSC Bylaws be amended so that the automatic electorate, itself, can recall any SSSC Board member by petition, with or without cause, through a 2/3rds majority vote. Just as the SSSC can remove any board member from the constituent boards, with or without cause, the electorate has the same power.

Automatic Electorate:

A person who meets any of the following four criteria is automatically a member of the Electorate:
1. SDI Minister in Good Standing, or
2. An active Member of the International Khalsa Council, or
3. An active Professional Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy, or
4. An active Lead Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy.
