Seems like they haven't thought a bit about the site and context. A neighborhood/city like this deserves a thoughtful, context sensitive, solution.

On top of everything else, the building is hideous!

While this tower seems to offer some revenue for the city, there are several issues with its development. There is nowhere near enough street parking as it stands, and adding this many more housing units will only make matters worse. The style, height, and feel of the building do not fit with the character of this historic neighborhood.

This is a beautiful, historic area with an already tenuous balance between the large medical and academic institutions and the families and individuals who call Mission Hill home. Consideration must be give for how the planned development will shape the character of the neighborhood and livability for all residents.

This is one of the most outlandish developmentsopments ever attempted in the City of Boston. It would totally overpower a lovely historic district and have a negative effect on all of Mission Hill. There is NO HARDSHIP to the owner of this property if nothing is built on this site. To impose 400 additional units of housing on this little area just cannot happen. We know that if they do not rent to "adults" we will have over 1,000 students living there which will destroy Mission Hill. This application must be rejected once and for all

The impact of this project on the character and more importantly safety of the neighborhood has not be adequately considered.

Please do not build this building. This is out of character for the neighborhood.

The nature of our neighborhood was not taken into consideration by the developer.

Does not make sense for the Mission Hill neighborhood. Zoning requirements are there for a reason, and when these reasons are good and sensible, they should not be violated.

This project is not right for our neighborhood.

Resident of 29 Worthington St, this is absurd for this small neighborhood!

The only thing more absurd than this proposal must be the arrogance of the applicant for attempting to foist this on a neighborhood!

It's our responsibility to future residents to discuss the impact of the building as it is currently proposed. I am 100% in support of progressive change but this proposal negatively impacts too many people, in too many ways.
