To whom it may concern,       I write this letter in hopes of it helping my husband who suffers from autism disorder. He was arrested about 4 months ago and charged with 4 felonies. My husband had never previously been in trouble with the law not even as a child. My reason for seeking help for him is because i truly believe he is being set up by the police, because prior to this my husband was beaten severely by law officers for no apparent reason and was given a settlement for 32,000 do to the fact that he is a non- US citizen. My husband since being incarcerated has been sexual assaulted, abused and has had his constitutional rights violated several time,denied medical treatment and also had a court order of meds that were never administered to him. As i write you this letter tears run down my eyes because its like the law doesn't exist anymore.Our home was searched from the inside out and even our sons learning devices were taken and which he needs because he to suffers from autism. By law our rights were violated.   Amendment I       Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.   The way the cops violated my husbands first amendment right started on april 5th  at the Ontario county jail where he told police officers that he wanted his lawyer and medication and they refused him. They told him if he admitted to the crime in question that he would be allowed his lawyer and also his meds. But he was never granted either after being interrogated for hours, Which later caused him to try to hurt his self.   Amendment II       A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.       This right was violated when police came into our home and removed a riffle out of my husbands safe.   Amendment IV       The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.       This right was violated when the police searched our home before they even obtained a warrant and removed several things that were never accounted for and there were several witnesses to this matter.   Amendment V       No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.       This right was violated when my husband was taken to immigration and when he ask for his attorney he was denied and the his attorney called and said that my husband is not to be questioned do to his mental status but that request was ignore by one names keira Jameson who also confiscated legal documents that my husbands lawyer had giving him.   Amendment VIII       Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.       Was violated because my husband was forced to eat meat which is against his religon which caused to to try to kill himself. Also he was called names  and made fun of by the local police officers.
