I'm Annie and I've been clean from cutting and alcohol for 3 months! I still have urges to self-harm, and this month I am going to dedicate myself to not fulfilling that urge!

I just started recovery the other day and it already feels good to not harm my self, if I didn't do it for 30, wow i would feel so proud of myself, and happy. U have helped me so much and u still are helping every day, I appreciate u making these videos for people that need help xx

Thank you Kristen. I love your channel so much! I self harm but no one knows how bad it is. They know I do it but just think it is one of those bad habits that you can easily break.
